PLANNING APPLICATION SERVICE
NOT SURE ABOUT PLANNING? WE CAN DEAL WITH THAT TOO.
Many garden rooms can be built without a full planning application, but every property is different. The size and position of the building, its height, the type of property and any local planning restrictions can all affect what is permitted.
If planning permission is required, APN can prepare and submit the application for your chosen garden room and deal with the process on your behalf. Planning Application Service £395 + VAT.
